Start Office Recycling

In an office environment the amount of waste produced is likely to be particularly high, which makes your office the ideal place to start recycling.

Think of all that paper and cardboard that gets binned each day!

Getting your colleagues to recycle can be difficult, some simply don’t want,to be involved, no matter how much you try.

Start by focussing your attention on interested colleagues and involve as much as possible.

Many of the people you work with will be enthusiastic and probably already recycle at home.

How It Works

Office records Scheme

We arrange a container rental to suit your requirements and deliver them free of charge and arrange a collection schedule.

Clients producing large volumes of waste may require several containers. Weekly servicing is charged per uplift.

Lighter use clients would benefit from our low cost rental scheme - you pay only the container rental and arrange a free collection when your containers are full.

The containers are cobalt blue and marked with our name and recycling logo.

We issue you with a 'Duty of Care Waste Transfer Note' to cover a one year period and a copy of our waste carrier's certificate to comply with environmental regulations.

Material is collected in compactor vehicles on the agreed collection days. We will ask you to place the containers where the crew can access them easily. The containers are tipped and the container returned to you.

At the end of the recycling round, the vehicle returns to base and tips in an enclosed factory unit for processing into 500 kgs bales prior to being sent to paper mills for re-pulping.

Invoices are produced at the end of each month in arrears; payment can be made by cheque (30 days) or BACS.

Security Shredding Service

Because of the sensitive nature of this material we recommend our lockable containers, coloured red, with a post box opening and marked "Security Shredding Only" This material is collected separately and shredded prior to bailing and re-pulping. A certificate of destruction is produced to comply with the data destruction act 1998 and sent to the client.

This service may be used on an on-going contractual basis in conjunction with the office record scheme or tailored to meet your needs. Invoicing is monthly in arrears.

Cardboard Recycling

We offer a range of handling solutions to suit your requirements ranging from a few kilos to 5 tonnes.
